Eric and Meghan had a perfect day on which to say "I do!" Set at the historic Sherwood Inn in Skaneateles, NY on the lake, they had the perfect backdrop for their wedding. The day was partly cloud (which makes this Syracuse wedding photographer very happy!) and just about 80 degrees, so it wasn't super warm either!
Here are a few of Meghan's details including the ring box made by her Father -in - Law who is very handy at all kinds of wood working! During their engagement session they showed me an Adirondack Canoe and also a Guide Boat that he had made!
I loved that her "Something Blue" was the ribbon right on her dress!
And here is Eric with his dad getting ready in the room next door at the Sherwood Inn!

The Sherwood Inn
Of course we couldn't help but walk across the street to the pier on Skaneateles Lake and get some photos! The clouds were so moody... I loved them!
Loved their idea of bringing Meghan's dad's Harley Davidson to the wedding for photos!
Here Comes the Bride
The Exchange of Rings
I loved that Meghan made little wands with ribbons and bells on them for the guests to wave as they came back down the aisle!
The First Dance
Their parent's expressions as they watched the First Dance
Mother Son Dance
Meghan's mom made a very moving yet also hysterical speech!
One of the most unique things they had at their wedding was Caricature Artist Bradley Cole... so much more personal than a photo booth!
Cigars out by the lake...
If you want a rip roarin' good dance party, look no further than Jason Paussa with Salt City Sound Machine. He's hysterical, outgoing and will most likely even cut footloose during your reception. Then again... so might I... even if I am 36 weeks pregnant!
Sunset on Skaneateles Lake... one of my favorites
