Chantelle Marie Lakehouse Wedding | Sylvia & Dan - HHawkinsPhotography
Old Paper Background

I'm so excited to share the wedding blog of Sylvia & Dan!  With a couple that is so kind and so in love with each other, it was such a privilege to be able to capture their wedding pictures!

Because Sylvia and Dan held their reception at Chantelle Marie Celebration Hall in Auburn, NY, Sylvia and her girls got ready at the Lakehouse Bed and Breakfast next door.  As you can see, the inside is absolutely gorgeous!

There's really no better picture than the one of your mom and sister helping you into your wedding dress the day you get married.

And the two adorable little on-lookers!

Sylvia's hair and makeup was done by Ahern's Hair Salon in Auburn, NY.  How stunning is she?!

The Bridesmaids

The Groomsmen

I'd love to know what Dan was sneakily whispering to his Best Man!  I LOVE catching moments like this!

Smiles, smiles!... they just can't stop smiling!!!

I'm particularly in love with this photo on the left when the priest pronounced them "Husband and Wife" and the look on Sylvia's face!  Ah... the BEST!

We stopped in to Emerson Park in Auburn NY for some wedding party photos.  Not only was it gorgeous but wonderful to be under cover so we could avoid (mostly) the raindrops!

Another one of my favorite things about weddings is experiencing different cultures and backgrounds of my couples.  Sylvia is half Swiss as her father is from Switzerland.  Here I captured him shaving cheese that he specially brought over from Switzerland for the guests!  Check out this AMAZING Swiss hors d'oeuvres spread!

Also the wedding coordination and decorating design was done by  Bellabrations Event Planning.

And... the Maid of Honor speech  by Sylvia's sister that made me cry.  I took some serious notes for my  own speech coming up in a few weeks for my sister!

Check out the moves from their Father Daughter Dance!

And of course the Bride and Groom themselves had quite a repertoire of moves!

And the final shot to close out this blog.  Feel free to browse the rest of my blogs here and be sure to contact me about your upcoming wedding!
